Bindal Mega Projects Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") operates the eSalahKaar mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

By using the App, you consent to these practices. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide: (a) Account: name, phone, email, DOB, gender, photo. (b) Payment: wallet history, payment method details (via Razorpay — we do not store card/UPI data). (c) Communication: chat messages, support tickets, feedback. (d) Verification (Consultants): college proof, student ID, credentials.

1.2 Automatically Collected: (a) Device info: model, OS, identifiers, IP. (b) Usage: features used, session duration, actions. (c) Location: approximate via IP (no GPS). (d) Logs: errors, crashes, performance.

1.3 From Third Parties: (a) Razorpay payment verification. (b) FCM/APNS push tokens.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To provide services, process payments, verify consultants, send transactional notifications, provide support, improve the App, prevent fraud, comply with law, send promotional communications (with consent, opt-out available).

3. DATA SHARING

3.1 We do not sell personal data.

3.2 We share with: (a) Consultants: first name and photo only (never phone/email). (b) Razorpay: payment processing. (c) Cloud providers: Supabase with industry-standard security. (d) Analytics: aggregated, anonymized. (e) Law enforcement: when required by law.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Stored on secure servers in India (Supabase).

4.2 Measures: TLS/SSL, encryption at rest, RLS, secure auth, regular audits.

4.3 Session recordings encrypted, stored for dispute resolution only.

4.4 No method is 100% secure.

5. DATA RETENTION

5.1 Account: retained while active; deleted/anonymized within 30 days of deletion.

5.2 Transactions: 8 years (Indian tax law).

5.3 Voice recordings: 90 days. Chat: 1 year.

5.4 Support tickets: 2 years.

5.5 Anonymized data retained indefinitely for analytics.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

6.1 Access: view via Account section.

6.2 Correction: update name in-app; phone/email via verification.

6.3 Deletion: via Settings.

6.4 Data portability: request via support.

6.5 Opt-out: disable promotional notifications in Settings.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Not for under 18. We delete such data if discovered.

8. COOKIES

Mobile app: none. Website: essential cookies + GA4 only.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

10. CHANGES

Posted with updated date. Material changes notified via push.
