How to Request Deletion
Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered with your account.

What to Include in Your Email
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens After Your Request
- 1We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
- 2If your Wallet has a balance of ₹100 or more, our team will contact you to process a refund before deletion.
- 3Any active bookings will be auto-cancelled with a full refund.
- 4Your account and personal data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- 5Transaction records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
⚠️ This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your profile, session history, and wallet balance cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
