Who We Are

Bindal mega projects Private Limited is a technology company incorporated in India. We built eSalahKaar — India's first dedicated marketplace connecting MBA aspirants with verified current students and recent graduates from the country's top B-schools.

Our mission: give every MBA aspirant in India direct access to real, verified insiders from IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, MDI, and other top business schools — and give Consultants like you a platform to earn by sharing your genuine experience.

What You Do

As a Consultant on eSalahKaar, you provide 1:1 guidance to MBA aspirants via voice call or text chat. Users come to you for advice on exam preparation (CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, SNAP), interview preparation (GD/PI/WAT), college selection, profile building, application strategy, and life at top B-schools.

Sessions are available in two formats:

Scheduled Sessions: Users book a 15-minute slot in advance. You accept, join on time, and guide them.

Instant Sessions: Users connect with you on-demand when you're online. Billed per minute. You set your availability.

You set your own per-minute rate. You manage your own availability. You earn 100% of your base rate for every completed Session.

How It Works For You

Step 1: Sign up and complete your KYC verification (college proof, identity, academic credentials).

Step 2: Once approved, set up your profile — college, programme, exam scores, specialisation, bio, and per-minute rate.

Step 3: Create your availability slots and/or toggle Instant Connect on.

Step 4: Accept bookings, join Sessions on time, and provide genuine guidance.

Step 5: Earnings hit your Wallet instantly. Withdraw to your bank account anytime (minimum ₹100).
